"FindHome" refers to the property listing platform operated by ALE Housing, which allows Users to search for and list temporary housing properties.

"Intellectual Property Rights" includes all patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, and any applications or registrations for such rights.

"Services" means the temporary housing solutions, FindHome property listing platform, furniture shopping and design services, websites, mobile applications, and any other online platforms or offerings provided by ALE Housing.

"Third-Party Services" refers to any services, websites, platforms, or resources provided by third parties and integrated with or linked to the Services.

"User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

User Content" means any information, data, text, images, or other materials uploaded, submitted, posted, or transmitted by a User through the Services.

3.1 Temporary Housing Solutions: ALE Housing offers temporary housing solutions to individuals and families who have been displaced due to property damage, renovations, or other circumstances that have rendered their primary residence uninhabitable. Through the Services, Users can search for and reserve temporary housing accommodations facilitated by ALE Housing Solutions.

3.2. Find Home: This service provides users with a platform to search for temporary accommodations during periods of property damage or renovation. When completing a housing request, ALE Housing uses ClaimSync to verify insurance information. This service is designed to support individuals and families during property damage or renovation, providing a convenient and efficient way to find temporary housing that meets their needs.

3.3. Shop Furniture: To complement the temporary housing experience, ALE Housing offers a Shop Furniture feature that redirects users to Amazon marketplace. This allows users to browse, and purchase furniture and home goods directly from Amazon’s marketplace. This feature ensures that users have access to a wide variety of furnishings to make their temporary housing feel like home.

3.4. Design Your Space: The Design Your Space is a suite of design tools that enable users to visualize and design their space integrated with third-party services, which are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. By using these tools, users agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party services. ALE Housing Solutions is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of these third-party services. This tools includes:

3.4.1. Home Design AI: An AI-based home design solution that provides personalized design recommendations Provided by Homedesigns.ai. Users can experiment with different layouts and configurations to create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.

3.4.2. Color Design Studio: A color design tool that integrates with third-party services (HGTV Sherwin Williams, Valspar Signature, BEHR, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore) to provide color matching and design suggestions.

3.4.3. Kitchen Designer: A kitchen design tool that integrates with Diamond at Lowe's to provide kitchen design and remodeling solutions. This feature enables users to design their kitchens, selecting from a range of layouts, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes to create a functional and stylish kitchen.


 

3.4.4. Tile Your Space: A tile design tool that integrates with Floor and Decor to provide tile design and installation solutions. This feature allows users to visualize different tile designs for floors, backsplashes, and accent walls, helping them create cohesive and attractive design schemes.

4. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

4.1. Requirements for Creating an Account and Accessing Member-Exclusive Features

4.1.1. Eligibility: To create an account with ALE Housing Solutions, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4.1.2. Account Creation: To access certain member-exclusive features and services offered by ALE Housing Solutions, users must create an account. Users can sign up using their Google account, Facebook account, or a traditional email address and password.

4.1.3. Verification: ALE Housing Solutions reserves the right to verify the information provided during account creation. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4.1.4. By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Users are responsible for updating their account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

4.1.5. Upon signing up, users' profiles will be set to public by default. Users have the option to change their profile visibility settings to private at any time through their profile settings.

4.2.5 you are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your account and to change their password regularly to maintain account security.

By providing your insurance details through ClaimSync, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of this information in accordance with Claim Sync’s privacy policy and terms of service.

5.2 Terms and Conditions for Using ClaimSync Services

5.2.1. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete insurance information when using ClaimSync. Any false or misleading information may result in the denial of temporary housing services.

5.2.2. Consent to Data Sharing: By using ClaimSync, you consent to the sharing of your insurance information with ALE Housing Solutions and any other necessary parties involved in the verification process.

5.2.3. Third-Party Terms: Your use of ClaimSync is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policy. ALE Housing Solutions is not responsible for the practices of ClaimSync and encourages users to review their policies.


 

5.2.4. No Endorsement: The inclusion of ClaimSync as part of ALE Housing Solutions' services does not imply endorsement or responsibility for the services provided by ClaimSync. Users interact with ClaimSync at their own risk.

10.5 Difference from Insured

10.5.1 Definition Distinction: While the policyholder owns the policy, the "insured" is the person or entity covered by the insurance. In many cases, the policyholder and the insured are the same, but they can be different. For example, a parent (policyholder) might have a renter’s insurance policy covering their child (insured) living in a rental property. The policyholder is responsible for the administrative aspects of the policy, while the insured benefits from the coverage.

10.6 ALE Housing Solutions Context

10.6.1 Role in Temporary Housing: A policyholder is typically a homeowner or renter with an insurance policy that includes coverage for temporary housing in the event their home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered peril. 10.6.2 Process for Claims: When a claim is filed due to such damage, the policyholder works with their insurance company and ALE Housing Solutions to arrange for temporary accommodations. ALE Housing Solutions uses ClaimSync to verify the policyholder's insurance information, which helps in selecting their current insurance provider and ensuring seamless coordination. This process ensures they have a safe and comfortable place to stay during the repair or rebuilding process, minimizing disruption to their lives.

11. USE OF CANOPY CONNECT

11.1 Option for Users or Members to Select Their Current Insurance Provider via the Third-Party Canopy Connect

11.1.1. Insurance Selection: ALE Housing Solutions offers users the option to select and connect with their current insurance provider through Canopy Connect, a third-party service designed to streamline the process of sharing insurance information.

11.1.2. User Interface: Users can access Canopy Connect through the ALE Housing Solutions website. The integration is designed to be user-friendly, guiding users through the process of selecting and verifying their insurance provider.



 

11.2 Terms and Conditions for Using Canopy Connect Services

11.2.2. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date insurance information when using Canopy Connect. Any inaccuracies may affect the ability to verify insurance coverage and may impact eligibility for services.

11.2.3. Third-Party Service Disclaimer: ALE Housing Solutions is not responsible for the services provided by Canopy Connect. Users interact with Canopy Connect at their own risk, and ALE Housing Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of Canopy Connect’s services.

11.3 Privacy and Data Sharing Policies When Connecting with Insurance Providers through Canopy Connect

Data Collection and Sharing: When users connect with their insurance providers via Canopy Connect, certain personal and insurance information is collected and shared with Canopy Connect and ALE Housing Solutions.
